    • 1/2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

    Lunch: 342 calories

    • 4oz (113g) baked salmon 
    • 1/2 lemon of juice 
    • 1/4cup dry couscous 
    • 1/2tbsp capers
    • 50g iceberg lettuce
    • 1 large orange bell pepper
    • 1/4 small onion
    • 100g tomatoes

    Snack: 104 calories

    • 200g apple

    Dinner: 391 calories

    • 5.5oz grilled tuna
    • 200g homemade sweet potato mash (nothing addded)
